There are five categories of membership: full members, associate members, observer members, benefactor members and honorary members. The criteria for being considered “member” in each of the mentioned categories is as follows:
a) Worldwide public/private institutions involved directly or indirectly with entrepreneurship and leadership development issues either in Switzerland or worldwide. b) To have full civil rights for physical persons and to hold a legal status either in Switzerland or in the current country of residence at the moment of the application.
c) For juridical persons, either be legally constituted according to the Swiss law or hold a legal representation in the country of residence at the moment of application. d) Not being involved in any activity that as per the General Assembly or the Board of Directors may either affect the integrity or WNYLE’s goals and principles.
e) Not have been declared in bankruptcy. f) Fully agree with the statutes of WNYLE.
