On November 12-14 2009,  Mr. Gary Urteaga WYNLE Senior Advisor participated in the APEC CEO Summit 2009. The event had the theme "Rebuilding the Global Economy: Crisis and Opportunity." It was conducted in Singapore under the leadership of the week Forum Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). The summit brought together businessmen and heads of state of the 21 member economies of the Forum of Asia-Pacific Cooperation.

On 13 to 18 September 2009, Victor Perez, WNYLE Director undertook a mission to Bolivia. The visit aimed to identify the experience of Bolivia's entrepreneurial development and to consolidate WNYLE cooperation mechanisms with leading Universities and Chambers of Commerce. On 15 to 30 August 2009, Victor Perez, WNYLE Director visited Peru. The mission concentrated on the cities of Lima, Huancayo, Huancavelica, Lambayeque and Chiclayo. It focused on the implementation of WNYLE cooperation programs in Peru WNYLE in a selected number of universities, regional governments and public institutions. On March 28, 2009; WNYLE and the Association Haskala undertook the 8th Entrepreneurial Development Training Program for Infants. The program took place in the premises of the Municipality of San Joaquin in the state of Carabobo, Venezuela. The training consisted of sixty academic hours in which participants were navigated into the process of establishing a firm, the installation of a production line, marketing their products and even designing their own website. On 20-23 November 2008, Mr. Gary Urteaga WYNLE Senior Advisor participated in the APEC CEO Summit 2008. The summit theme was "Growth, Equity and Sustainable Development: Challenges for APEC" and brought together global corporation's CEOs and heads of state from  the 21 member economies of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC) who discussed and exchanged their views and proposals in light to strengthening the multilateral trading system, promote sustained economic growth and the consolidation of the APEC regional integration process.

On 20-23 August 2008, Mr. Víctor Pérez, WNYLE Director joined the third global edition of the "Lindau Meeting of Nobel Laureates in Economics". The event took place in the city of Lindau, Germany and gathered two-hundred fifty international leaders plus fifteen Nobel Laureates in Economy, such as: George Akerlof, Robert Aumann, Robert Fogel,  Sir Clive Granger, Finn Kydland, Daniel McFadden, Robert Mundell, John Nash Jr., Edmund Phelps, Myron Scholes, Reinhard Selten, Robert Solow, Joseph Stiglitz y Roger B. On April 06, 2008, Victor Perez, WNYLE Director visited Sound Group one of the leading Chinese companies in the industry of environmental technology and water treatment. Zhili Wang, CEO of Sound Group introduced the latest technological advances of Sound Group emphasizing a recent innovation that permits the treatment of mineral tailings. The meeting took place in the city of Beijing. Both leaders expressed their interest in joining efforts to facilitate the implementation of Sound Group technologies in developing countries. On March 31-April 04th 2008, Mr. Victor Perez WNYLE Leader was invited to the Second Session of the International Strategic Management Program (SBM). The event organized by the Swedish ÅF Group congregated twenty-five seasoned businessmen from Asia and Latin America in the city of Beijing, China. The meeting served to enhance the implementation of business opportunities and cross-country partnerships with Chinese entrepreneurs as well as the identification of China's best practices in the field of economic development, technology, IT and innovation. On 02-08 december 2007, Mr. Perez Centeno, WNYLE´s leader participated in a conference on Scientific Creativity  and Innovation in the Digital Age. By invitation the event was attended by twenty-five worlwide experts from government, business, academia, NGO and media. The conflicts between innovation, globalization and sustainability as well as the role and implications of intellectual property and open source in both developed and developing countries were in-depth examined. The 21 st Century Trust - a leading British foundation - organized the encounter in Berlin, Germany. On October 5, 2007, Victor Perez, WNYLE Director, visited the Volvo Group headquarters located in the city of Göteborg, Sweden. The visit provided first-hand inputs on the "Volvo Way", Volvo's business philosophy that encompasses the global leadership of the company in the manufacture of transport vehicles such as trucks, buses, construction equipment, marine and industrial power systems, and aerospace systems . On 16-23 September 2007, Victor Perez, WNYLE Director joined the first edition of the International Strategic Management Program. On 03-05 September 2007, Mr. Pérez Centeno, WNYLE's leader was invited to join a conference on Entrepreneurial Marketing. The event touched upon the latest developments in the arena of marketing and entrepreneurship. The three-days activity gathered both Finnish experts and entrepreneurs and was organized by the School of Business and Economics of the University of Jyväskylän, Finland. On 02-03 August 2007, Mr. Víctor Pérez, Executive Director of WNYLE, attended to a UNIDO Expert Group Meeting (EGM) in the city of Vienna. The event was held at the headquarters of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). The meeting was aimed at improving UNIDO's knowledge of the latest research being carried out in leading institutions and universities. Ten prominent sholars - including Mr. Pérez - were invited to present and discuss the results of their investigations in development related fields with UNIDO's senior experts. On 13-15 June 2007, Mr. Victor Perez, WNYLE Director, attended the 52nd ICSB World Conference. Mr. Perez spoke on "The role of Entrepreneurial Networks on Innovative SMEs in Latin-America", highlighting the "lack of trust" as a major factor which hinders the further development of small businesses in the region. The International Council of Small Business (ICSB), chose the city of Turku in Finland to host the conference. Over 700 delegates from sixty countries gathered to sharing global knowledge and substantial experience in the arena of SMEs and entrepreneurship.

On 8 and 9 June 2007, Mr. Perez, WNYLE Director, attended the Annual Meeting of the Swiss Foundation CREANDO, the event known as "CREANDO Day" allowed the gathering of young leaders from eighty-five countries with presidents, artists, entrepreneurs and scientists. On 02-11 May 2007, Mr. Víctor Pérez, WNYLE's Director took part on a world conference in "National Systems of Innovation" which included the participation of leading scholars like Prof. Jan Fagerberg (University of Oslo), Prof. Dominique Foray (Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne), Prof. Xielin Liu (National Research Center for Science and Technology for Development, China), Prof. Franco Malerba (University Luigi Bocconi), Prof. Sunil Mani (Center for Development Studies, Kerala, India), Prof. Enrico Santarelli (University degli Studi di Bologna), Prof. Edward Steinmueller (Science Policy Research Unit, University of Sussex) and Prof. Bart Verspagen (Technical University Eindhoven). The event was jointly organized by the Business Administration Institute and the Center for Innovation, Technology and Policy Research, Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal. On 16-20 April 2007, Mr. Victor Perez, WNYLE's Director joined a five-days Workshop on Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Aalborg, Denmark. The event was coordinated by Professor Olav Jull Sørensen and  Assoc. Professor Jesper L. Christensen (Aalborg University) and Assoc. Prof. Ada Scupola (Roskilde University). Bengt-Åke Lundvall, Hans Landström and Jon Sundbo among other leading thinkers in the field of entrepreneurship, small businesses and innovation participated in the meeting. On 19-30 March 2007, Mr. Víctor Pérez and Ms. Dessy Iwarati, WNYLE's Executive Committee Member, participated in an intensive two-weeks Worshop on Innovation, Technology and Business Networks organized by the University Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg (France). The event gathered twenty-five selected top-scholars from leading european universities. A second session is expected to take place in July 2007 in Hungary.

On 05-15 January 2007, Mr. Victor Perez, WNYLE's Director and Mr. Gary Urteaga, Regional Representative for Latin-America, Ikarus Group, Hungary; undertook a ten-days intensive prospective mission to Minsk, Belarus. The mission allowed a first-hand knowledge on the current economic situation of the country and permitted the initiation of discussions on potential cooperation agreements and business opportunities. A number of government institutions, universities and business-related organizations working on the field of entrepreneurship and leadership development were visited. A second mission to Belarus, is being planned to take place during August 2007. 

On November 26-21 December 2006, Mr. Victor Perez, WNYLE Director was invited by the Golda Meier International Center to participate in its Annual Entrepreneurs Training Program. In the event, Mr. Perez introduced WNYLE's cooperation programs and lectured on the "Challenges of Globalization and Youth Leadership." The meeting took place in the city of Haifa, Israel, and included the participation of twenty-five experts from Latin America and the Caribbean, meetings with Israeli entrepreneurs, academics at the prestigious Israel Institute of Technology, "Technion", and Israeli institutions linked to the nurturing of entrepreneurship, innovation and small and medium enterprises (SMEs). In the photo Mr. Reuven Agassi (CEO of Quick Soft Inc.) and Victor Perez (WNYLE)

On 05-06 October 2006, Mr. Víctor Pérez, WNYLE's Leader, took part in the 7 Foro of Biarritz, France. The event concerted the presence of prominent entrepreneurs and politicians both from Europe and Latin-America who gathered to discuss the new socio-economic challenges the two regions face and explore further north-south cooperation initiatives. On 31 June 2006, Mr. Pérez Centeno, WNYLE's Director, was invited by the International Foundation for Creativity and Leadership, to the CREANDO Day 2006. The event formerly known as CREANDO Symposium, took place in the city of Pfäffikon, Switzerland on 31 June - 01 July 2006. Among the invitees was Burt Rutan, the world-famous California aircraft and rocket designer who talked about the dream he is currently bringing to fruition in partnership with Sir Richard Branson. A dream as old as humankind: the longing to soar weightlessly through the air – Leonardo’s Dream!. Already in 2003, Mr. Pérez Centeno had been awarded as Promising Leader by the CREANDO Foundation. On 7-11 July 2005, Mr. Victor Perez, participated in the Annual Meeting of the US Leadership Institute. The meeting took place in the city of Washington and concentrated in the analysis in a practical fashion of the best leadership practices in the US, Latin America, Asia and Europe. On 29 June - 05 July 2005, Mr. Víctor Pérez, WNYLE Director took part in the Ignite Programme. The event was organized by the Judge Business School and the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (Cfel), University of Cambridge, UK. During the meeting cutting-edge methodologies for entrepreneurship training were shared and discussed. Furthermore the "best practices" of the Cambridge High-Tech Business Cluster were analysed.
