 Víctor Pérez is WNYLE's President. Víctor amounts relevant professional experience and international exposure in the fields of leadership and entrepreneurship development. Before taking the lead of WNYLE he was Associate Expert and Regional Coordinator for Latin America and the Caribbean at the Division of Technology, Investment and Enterprise Development at the United Nations Conference for Trade and Development (UNCTAD), Switzerland.

Victor holds two double-master degrees in Economy and Industrial Development - with specialization on SMEs and Entrepreneurship - and Policy Management and International Political Economy (Tsukuba University/World Bank Programme, Japan).

He has undertaken specialized training programmes in entrepreneurship, leadership, innovation and economic development at prestigious universities such as the University of Cambridge (UK), University of Harvard (US), University of Stanford (US), Vaxjo University (Sweden), Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain), University of Helsinki (Finland), University of Jyväskylä (Finland), UN Merit Masstricht (Holland), Aalborg University (Denmark), University Louis Pasteur (France), Technical University of Lisbon (Portugal), the United Nations Center for Regional Development (UNCRD, Japan), SMEs Unit of the International Labor Organization (ILO, Italy), the Golda Meier Mount Carmel International Center (Israel), the American Leadership Institute (US), the Investment and Business Development Agency (Czech Republic), the World Forum of Nobel Laureates at Lindau (Germany), ÅF Group (Sweden and China), Association Mondiale des Agences de Promotion des Investissements, WAIPA (Suisse).
