Within the field of entrepreneurship, we give a top-priority to the generation, development and strengthening of high-tech entrepreneurs, including the transformation of low-tech into high-tech entrepreneurs, since they have proven to produce a positive impact in the economic development process of any country. 

Our mission is to contribute to the creation of a new generation of young leaders and entrepreneurs firmly determined to join efforts to speed-up the development of their respective countries. To acomplish this goal WNYLE proposes a comprehensive package of intensive training programmes on "Entrepreneurial Spirit Development and Youth Leadership", both in our headquarters in Geneva and other countries in which our expertise is required.

In the same sense, WNYLE provides specialized advise to requesting governments and institutions in issues related to best practices, training of trainers, strategies and policies to foster entrepreneurship and leadership.
